• In which site you found this bug?
• When did you first discover the bug in your site (approximate date)?
• What software (including versions) are you using to reproduce the bug (languages/browsers/libraries etc.)?
• Describe a procedure for our technical teams to follow in order to reproduce the bug?
• Provide debugging information where possible (Error messages or codes).

With this information we will then be able to assess if the root of the problem lies with the service.
